AIO boot support works on Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 and does not uninstall Windows XP. This operating system is still supported. AIO is still loading Windows because Microsoft doesn't seem to be removing XP from its servers. It has been there for the last 3 or 4 years and is still available. Microsoft doesn't want everyone to upgrade to Windows 10. Not good for their business. They would be at a huge loss. So they're just trying to keep XP up as long as possible so they can serve the users. AIO should work with Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista and XP. c5d43685cb1

Your universal multi-boot installer will do this. From their page: YUMI (Your Universal Multiboot Installer) is the successor to MultibootISO. Or from the BootLand forum: USB_MultiBoot_10.zip smile.gif: This is not an ISO emulator, but a multiboot USB tool. And as the name suggests, it does this with MultiBootISO! Basically, if you have an ISO image, it will create a USB device. If the ISO image is not found, it will try to search for an ISO image that you can work with. And if you want, you can open the USB device to write it to an ISO image if you don't trust it. I've used this on Windows 8.1 (Windows 10) and Windows 7 (Windows 8).
