The Takruri is a variant of the zombie that appears in Resident Evil 6 and it was unknown before. Appeared in Chapter 3 of Chris branch and 1-4 of Jake branch. First time zombies can appear once the Raccoon City is wiped out and can be identified by the Takruri markings on its body. One of the Ten Eyes, five of which make its presence known at the start of anyone's campaign. Nine is located in the back of a cement truck in Jake's campaign, Chapter 1. Nine more are in a sewer in Chapter 2.
The character named "The First" is a strange creature that appears along with the second zombie variant, the Pit Zombie. That one has appeared in Jake's campaign, Chapter 6. It has a flattened skull reminiscent of a human’s, and has a pointed, eel-like body with webbed hands. Wasn't seen until the second chapter in the Chris branch. Two are located in a fenced compound with the BSSA HQ in their Chapter 9-2. Two are featured along with the second variant in Chapter 10, which appears in the alternate ending. In two places, you will notice a feathered scalp. The companion of the "Birdman", he is a survivor of the apocalyptic event that occurred in Cole's campaign, Chapter 2. In the same chapter, the second variant of the Pit Zombie is also featured. In Chapter 3, you can see another variant of the same creature. The one that you can see is the third variant of the Pit Zombie by number of appearances. A third can be found in the same chapter of Jake's campaign. Sometimes in the common areas, you'll notice the 'Specter's eye motif painted on walls or windows, which are remnants of Vanishing Point occurring before the zombie outbreak. On walls in a storage facility, there is a "Specter Shot" of a deformed face. However, a variation on this is the "Stouched Eye", which lacks the deformed face on the eye. In the two locations where the "Andar" can be encountered, during the tutorial’s briefing, it is briefly glimpsed in the background.
See Chapter 10 of the Chris ESB, Chapter 7 of Jake's campaign, and Chapters 11, 12, and 14 of the Chris, Jake, and Ada campaigns. The most common item encountered is the two-way radio, found in all four campaigns, which lets one interact with the other groups in the area or simply call for back-up. ed3faa56471
