Such as, i would suggest to quickly stop all L2 mod, grab this server pack, change name to server2 and copy the whole database folder over to the L2' game folder, eg, x:\l2\lineage 2\pc. Change the folder name to be server2 and server2.ods, copy back to your l2 folder. You can exchange the database between l2 and server2.
If you want to keep the name of server1 and the download l2 stats, you can either do a save and quit or just reset l2 stats, in the L2 settings, there is a drop down for server name and server2.ods
