HP Executive Tablet Pen R1 Software Update

Has any one tried the replacement pen with the executive for the ipad? Is that pen similar to the ones in the picture on the website? Because that pen does not work on my ipad. I bought the ipad on the 10th of November and till now the pen was not released. Moreover, why did we get only now a replacement pen. The replacement pen maybe will work on the x2???
I got my pen on the 15th of Febuary and it works fine in Windows 7. But when I switch to linux mint it's not working as it's supposed to. The ellitepad ditigitizer does not work like the default one and at all. I had to switch to "software mode" so the pen is too slow for my needs.
If one bought the Office 2011 suite and then updated to Office 2013 the ink does not work on the new versions - this is because the new Office uses its own language. This applies to the stylus as well as the tablets. I have a Samsung tablet and it just does not work for Office 2013 tablets.
Good Evening everyone... I'm the local tech support to a company with about a dozen iPads that they use daily, in various offices. They are all on a 12.9.9.11 build, no updates, no problems. They upgraded to 10.5.8, connected to our on-campus network, updated, removed app, checked out the Genius Bar, etc. None of the iPads have stopped working properly, but if I load one up and start to write with the pen, it starts to get red and then flashes red several times, and then stops.
Hello HP Helpdesk Moderator I am in the process of being forced to sell my new laptop because I cant afford it. It has the same problem as the current generation of all your tablets. Takes a good shot with a pen and then shuts off. No function no battery light. If it's supposed to last 2 to 4 years what's the point? It's an HP Slate PC, model 7610. Are you aware of this issue? d8a7b2ff72
