Here at HEARO, we aim to advocate for, inspire, and empower Community & Technical College (CTC) students to assist in bridging the resource gap between universitites, and graduate schools. Access to opportunity should not be conditional on the institution you attend - HEARO aims to change this!

What We Do

#1 - Sharing Resources + Tips from Certified Professionals


Our team is dedicated to providing students academic and career opportunities, connecting them to mentors tailored towards their path, and incorporating holistic wellness at home, school, and work, while maintaining their focus and increasing their productivity.

#2 - Leading Ambassadors & Mentorship Programs


Integrating a student-centered mentorship and an ambassador program to empower students with increased self-confidence and peer support and gain hands-on real world group projects to prepare them after college.

#3 - Solidifying access to mentorship for ALL CTC Students in Washington State


We spearheaded a program based in Washington state that pairs CTC students in Washington state with college graduates, career professionals, late undergraduates, and graduate students in their fields of interest! For more information, see the mentorship services tab!
