The XR Wireframe kit, is designed in Gravity Sketch to be used in the process of UX/ UI design for AR, VR and, MR products. Not having a VR-Ready PC is a big blocker, therefore I wanted to put together something lightweight and more accessible for designers who at least have access to a VR headset such as Oculus quest. Although you can use it with the pc version of Gravity Sketch too.
Providing a free product allows us to welcome a more diverse user group. Early Adopters have helped support the development and R&D. These users have been instrumental to what we have built to date; many of whom brought Gravity Sketch into their formal workflow which resulted in business contracts that helped accelerate our revenues to the point at which we can support and grow the team and platform.
Next week we will be releasing a new version of the app and will update it to remove the need to have a subscription. We encourage you to download the free version for mobile devices and the desktop version of the tool and experience Gravity Sketch now. Until then, we would love to hear from you on how this update has effected your workflow. Do you notice any improvements? Let us know on https://gravits.crowdin.com/ . If you would like to become a contributor or help us build Gravity Sketch together, please let us know on https://gravits.crowdin.com/ .

Gravity Sketch uses the same cloud platform and methodology that lets you create VR art from your desktop. This means that you can use Gravity Sketch with your favorite dual screen device: Windows, Mac, iPad, iPhone, Android, or Xbox. You can use it with any type of tablet or use the Touchscreen for the most intuitive interaction.
Gravity Sketch allows you to upload your 3D model into the LandingPad cloud platform. A designer can share thier designs with work colleagues and clients, or with the entire public. LandingPad includes the option of making videos, supporting panoramas, creating animations, and more. If you enable LandingPad, then you can also view the models in VR through Oculus Quest, Oculus Go, HTC Vive Focus, and Steam VR.
Create immersively from the initial ideation stages of your process, and express initial ideas in 3D, at any scale, from concept sketches through to detailed 3D models. The tool has a wide variety of NURBS and SubD tools accessible in Virtual Reality with the use of motion tracked controllers and supporting tablets (Wacom and iPad).
Gravity Sketch is a 3D modeling software that supports PC VR headsets and Oculus Quest. To date, the consumer app has been sold for $25. However, the studio has just made the product completely free for individual users.
Projects like gravity sketch are always about reinventing the wheel. With VR and AR in their early stages of adoption the landscape is new and wide open, and this places a lot of pressure on the industry to make the best quality experiences and tools as fast as possible.
