If the IP phones in Configuration Manager do not show the correct SN then you will need to run the cmndshow to check the SN of the devices. You can run this from a shell window which can be opened by typing shell on the MCC or via the Terminal App which is in the Start Menu under Utilities. For Windows 10, the process is similar.
Using CUCM you need to use the CLI command to browse for the IP phone information on the device. For this reason the CLI command does not include a keyword or wildcard to find all devices on the system. You can use the “Device Name” and “Host Name” fields in CUCM to match the information.

Create a Profile that shows how the phone is installed and has the ability to see the Phone Serial Number. This is useful to know where to look if the phone is not displayed on the Network Resource. Note, the Phone Serial Number is not set by the phone config, it is set when the phone is enabled. If the phone is not enabled, the Phone Serial Number is not set.
For the command line you can use the cmnetd which lets you to use tcl or bash which was included in the resources. It will use CUCM CLI to discover all IP Phones and DMX Devices on the system. Then it will put all the info together to a file which contains the device object serial number. If you dont want the tcl/bash then you can use cmnetd -show-serial and cmnetd -show-serial -last which will give the same output.
In CUCM within Configuration Console, In the left hand panel, select the desired node and click on Device Info. In the top right hand side of the screen, you should see the IP phones listed as shown in the picture below. If this is not listed, then the IP Phones are not configured or there is no IP phone information in the Configuration Manager database. If you are unsure, select the IP phone, then on the right hand side, select the Configured tab and click on the Device Serial Number link.
