We were given version 7.1 from Wyse support for testing purposes on one of our s10 terminals. Now I would like to revert to version 6.5. I am getting the following error message:
Wyse Device Manager:
Unable to connect to the Wyse Device Manager server.
Please check the TCP/IP configuration and try again.
Wyse Device Manager is not available on this network.
Please check the LAN/WAN configuration.
I read that I need to update to the latest version of Wyse Device Manager and I did.
I also need to reinstall the driver for my terminal.
I'm using Windows 10 64 bit. c72f94453e
