I went into the Lowes in Edgewood searching for a cabinet for my basement. Thanks to the help of Cynthia and Becky H, I found the exact cabinet I needed. They both were highly understanding and helpful with everything I needed. I couldn't ask for a better store or individuals to do business with. I highly recommend this location.

I advise you of my most positive experience with your sales rep, Jay, at the Austin north store. He was wonderful. He said he loves to assist people in their search for whatever they need for their homes. And it shows in how he treats a customer. I bought a stepladder through him. The Lowes in Flowery Branch, Georgia, is one of my favorite stores. I have always had the answer and the product I needed. I entered February 24, 2023, and spoke with the Manager, JR, to explain my situation. JR was very professional and listened. Not only did he understand, but he journeyed with me to find exactly what I needed. In other words, he went the extra mile. This is how business should be done, but we're missing that extra-mile Attitude in many stores. Because of this Attitude, I will continue to use the Lowes in Flowery Branch, Georgia. Again, I want to thank JR for being so professional. This store is mighty lucky to have a manager such as him.

Also, I ran into another Employee who had helped me with a project many years ago. That proves two points. This Employee is delighted at Lowes because of her loyalty during her stay. Also, this Employee has worked at the highest standard of Lowes for many, many years. In our present time when your employees come and go, Sandy has stayed for the long haul and is as devoted today as she was many years ago. I want to Thank both of these Employees. Lowes should be very proud.

I'm giving feedback about four employees at the Lowes located at 1545 S. Crismon road in Mesa, AZ. Excellent service from an employee who goes by the name of "Uncle Bob." He helped us
locate the right water heater and set up the delivery. It was almost closing at the store, but he took the necessary time with us and did not rush us. He is an asset to that store. I then encountered two employees, Elijah and Morgan F, who were willing to help load the water heater in my car. They went above and beyond to help. And lastly, Kellene, the cashier, was so helpful in setting up the delivery, removal, and installation of the water heater. She took extra time to ensure that she had all of the information correct and paid attention to detail. All these employees are Lowes assets, and I appreciated their assistance. They made me feel like a unique customer.

Lowes employee who helped me purchase a dryer was excellent. She stayed nearby where I could ask her questions but did not hover or pressure me. As a result, I was comfortable asking questions, and I asked a lot without feeling like I was a bother.

When the dryer model I wanted wasn’t available in the store, she ordered it for me.

She was very professional and personable at the same time.

I love that delivery and installation are free, and I only have to pay for parts. That’s fair.

I purchased many bags of mulch and other items at the Seguin Lowes, and I was waiting for someone to come to unload my product into my vehicle. Very disappointing. My receipt number is #8437 28 37771. The cashier attempted several times to get me help. She as well was swamped checking customers out. I am very disappointed in the service I received. We went to Sarasota, HD, to get a sheet of plywood measured and cut support to furniture at a vacation rental. We were very professionally taken care of by NESTO! He ensured we had the suitable sheet of plywood and then carefully made the requested cuts! He was kind, caring, and thorough and knew exactly what he was doing! He is a lovely man great employee! Keep him!

We had a great experience while shopping at lowes retail store in East Hanover, NJ. Luis was accommodating. Luis explained each product thoroughly, showed us how the products worked, and answered our questions. In addition, he walked us to our car and helped load our heavier items into our vehicle. I was at store address 10419 highway 6 south sugar land Tx 77498. As I walked into the store's garden center, I saw a young lady who just went above for a costume. I asked her name. Her name is Melissa. I went to let a manager know. She should be recognized for a job well done. She saw an old lady with a big bag. Melissa went and got a big load from the lady and gave her a shopping cart.
