In order for the system to work, its BIOS (boot) file, which must be named bios.bin, and placed in the media/data/local/home/.3doh folder on your internal SD card. On the external card, create a folder named APPS in the root directory (so F:/APPS if your SD card appears as F: in Windows). Place the bios.bin file in there.
Inside the game folder, look for the LOROML.BIN file. On the internal and external SD cards, this is the first file that 3DS Emulator can read. If you have both the internal and external SD card, place this file in the /media/data/local/home/roms/ folder on the internal SD card, and in the /media/data/local/game/ROMS folder on the external SD card. If you only have the internal SD card, place this file in /media/data/local/roms/. If you dont have the internal SD card, place this file on your computer in the /media/data/local/roms/ folder on your hard drive. When you start up the game, you should see a message saying youre running off the internal SD card and that the files are located in the /media/data/local/roms/ folder. When you select the file you downloaded, you can choose to boot to the internal or external SD card as if it were a normal DS.
When you boot your PS Vita, hold the R button and then hold the START button. If youve previously installed the game on an internal SD card, 3DS Emulator will detect the game and allow you to select it. Otherwise, youll need to browse through the games and select the one you downloaded. 42d8ba546e1
